    MAKES 4 SERVING

    List of Ingredients





    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1-1/2 cups diced cooked turkey breast
    1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 cup reduced-fat shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 cups cooked spaghetti
    1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
    1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper

    Recipe



    Coat a large skillet with nonstick spray. Saute onion, garlic and turkey breast until onion is tender. Blend in mushroom soup and cheese. Cook over low heat until cheese melts. Add spaghetti, parsley, salt and pepper. Heat
    through and serve.

    Per serving: 224 calories, 6 g fat, 3 g saturated fat, 31 mg cholesterol, 31
    g carbohydrates, 13 g protein, 957 mg sodium, 1 g fiber
