Pot Roast with Mushrooms

List of Ingredients





Pot roast (any kind, any size)
2 Tbls brown sugar
1 can Orange soda (any size)
1 small onion, chopped
6 oz (about) fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 envelope (1 to 1.2 oz ) dry onion soup mix
1 16 oz carton sour cream



Recipe



Place roast in crockpot; cover with mixture of brown sugar and orange soda. Layer on chopped onion and mushrooms. Mix soup mix with sour cream and cover roast with it. Cook on high for 5 hours or until meat is tender and falls apart.
