Sauteed Chicken Breast
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup white wine
8 oz. chicken breast (skinless and boneless)
1 teasp. butter
1/4 cup sliced leeks
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1 tablesp. garlic
1 tablesp. shallots
1/2 teasp. tarragon (fresh)
1 tablesp. Asiago cheese
1/4 cup cream
1/2 cup flour
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Combine salt, pepper, and flour, coat chicken breast with seasoned flour and saute in butter with 1/4 cup white wine. Add all other ingredients at the end of cooking time with remaining wine, cream, and tomatoes. Be sure chicken is completely cooked.
