Tapioca Fluff
List of Ingredients
6 Cups Milk
1 1/2 cups White Sugar
4 Eggs, Separated
6 tbsp Minute Tapioca
Recipe
Heat the milk, tapioca, 1 cup of sugar and 4 egg yolks stirring often. When it reaches a boil, cook and stir for 5 minutes, not longer. Remove from heat and add the 4 egg whites which are beaten stiff and sweetened with 1/2 cup of sugar. Stir together for 2 minutes, then pour into serving dishes.
