Sautéed Pears
List of Ingredients
2 pears, peeled and cored
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 tablespoons sugar
Recipe
Cut each pear into 8 wedges. Toss the pears and lemon juice in a medium bowl, and set aside. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add pears and 1/2 cup water. Sprinkle with the sugar. Simmer until water has evaporated and pears are golden brown, stirring occasionally, about 8
minutes.
Serve warm. Serves 4.
