Classic Black Beans and Rice

List of Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped
2 teaspoons minced garlic or 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 can (15.5 ounces) black beans, undrained
1 teaspoon dried oregano
3/4 cup water
1 packet Sazón Goya without Annatto
1 tablespoon white cooking wine or cider vinegar
2 cups cooked white rice
Recipe
1. Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in onion, pepper and garlic; cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients except rice. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over white rice.
