Korean Pork Spare Ribs
List of Ingredients
one large bowl
one small bowl
aluminum foil
2 lbs - pork spare ribs
3 garlic
2 green onions
Sauce:
1 tsp sesame seed
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp mi-won (a seasoning - monosodium glutamate)
1 Tsp hot bean paste

These ingredients can be found in a Korean food market store or in some super markets that carry oriental foods.
Preparation
Cut off fat from pork spare ribs. Cut ribs from each other. Slice ribs on sides and everywhere else on ribs. Place ribs in a large bowl.
Peel 3 garlic, then crush the garlic, chop up the garlic. Mix up the garlic and spare ribs together.
Cut 2 green onions - (cut green onions very small). Place green onions in large bowl with spare ribs.
Mix all ingredients and sauce with spare ribs in the large bowl. (mix with hands - it mixes better).
Cover with foil, let it sit for a few hours (at least 2 hours). Taste better if you let it sit over night in the refrigerator than cooking it right away. It will taste better if it sits awhile.
Pre heat oven to 400. Cook in oven in large pan at 400 or open grill. Cook for 30 minutes.
