10 cups chicken broth
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1/2 lb. spinach, cut in shreds

In a large pan, combine broth, soy sauce and sesame oil. Bring to a gentle boil. Add spinach and boil until limp. Add won tons and boil gently for about 3 to 5 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
