WON TONS
List of Ingredients
1/2 lb. ground pork or beef
1/3 cup water
1 tbsp. minced green onion
1/4 tsp. minced fresh ginger
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. minced celery
1 package won-ton skins
Recipe
In a bowl, combine meat and water and mix with fingers. Mix in onion,ginger and soy sauce. Add celery and mix well.
Place won tons on a work surface. Place about a teaspoon of meat mixture in center of each won ton. Moisten edges with water. Fold in half, matching up points. Press to seal. Moisten one point contiguous to the fold. Bend won ton until the moistened point meets the other point contiguous to the fold. Press together. Continue with remaining
wrappers and meat mixture.
