    List of Ingredients

-- Tired of cooking pancakes one or two at a time on the griddle?
Spread pancake batter in a greased jellyroll pan and bake for 15
minutes. Cut the pancakes into 4-inch squares and serve.

-- Garlic skins slip right off after microwaving the cloves for 12 seconds.

-- Hamburger patties cook much quicker if you make a hole in the
center of the patty. As the hamburger cooks, the hole disappears.

-- If you spray oil around the top of a pot before adding the water,
    it will not boil over.

-- Trying to grate soft mozzarella cheese? Stick it in the freezer
for 15 minutes, then grate it.

-- Prevent overbrowning of the crimped edges of the pie crust by
cutting a square piece of aluminum foil slightly larger than the pie
plate. Cut a large circle out of the center of the foil, and place it
over the pie so the center crust is visible but the edges are covered.

-- To easily peel hard-boiled eggs, drain the water immediately after
a cold-water rinse and place eggs back in the pan to cool in the
refrigerator. Once the eggs are cooled, shake them back and forth in
the pan and watch the shells fall off.

-- Before using an electric mixer, cut a hole in the center of a
paper plate larger than the width of the two beaters. Cover the
mixing bowl with the paper plate and insert beaters in the hole, thus
    preventing splatters while mixing.

-- Baking meatloaf in muffin tins saves baking and cleanup time.

-- Use your butter-pat slicer instead of a knife to cut mushrooms
    quickly, safely and easily.
