    Granulated Tapioca Cook Type Tapioca Pudding
    Mix 3 Tbsp. granulated tapioca, 1/3 cup sugar, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1 beaten egg, 2¾ cups milk. Let stand 5 minutes. Then bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add ¾ tsp. vanilla. Stir once after 20 minutes. Stir ½ cup mix into 2 cups milk in small saucepan. Stirring constantly, cook until mixture comes to a full boil. (Pudding thickens as it cools.) Remove from heat. Cool 15 minutes stirring twice. Stir before serving. Microwave directions: Stir ½ cup mix into 2 cups milk in large microwave bowl. Microwave on high 7 minutes or until mixture comes to a full boil. Stir every 3 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Stir twice.
    Pearl Tapioca Large or Small Pearl Tapioca Pudding
    Soak ½ cup of tapioca overnight. Mix 1 qt. milk and ¾ cup sugar. Bring to a boil. Add tapioca, cook and stir tapioca until tapioca is clear for at least 30 minutes. Then combine 3 beaten eggs, ¾ cup sugar, and ¾ tsp. vanilla. Add to above mixture and bring to a full boil. Makes about 2 qt. Boil 7 cups water first, add 1 cup tapioca. Cook until tapioca is almost clear, add ¾ cup sugar, pinch of salt, stir and add 3/8 cup jello. Cool before serving.
    Instant Pudding ½ cup mix and 2 cups milk. Beat on low until smooth
