Low Fat, Low Salt, Sugar Free Master Mix
List of Ingredients
2 cups non-fat powdered milk
5 pounds(19 cups) sifted all purpose flour
3/4 cup baking powder
1 1/2 Tablespoon salt
1 Tablespoon cream of tartar
1/2 cup Splenda or equivelant other sugar substitute
1 scant cup canola oil
Recipe
Sift flour before measuring(I have skipped this step
and it was OK).
Stir baking powder, salt cream of tartar, and Sugar
Twin into flour. Sift together three times into a
large mixing bowl.(this is very necessary)!!!
Cut oil into flour mixture until mix is the
consistency of cornmeal. Store air-tight in cool
place.
This recipe makes a lot. If you don't need that much
you can cut the recipe down. If you keep it in an
airtight container in the freezer it keeps almost
indefinately.
Be sure to use regular all purpose flour, NOT bread
flour!
