    List of Ingredients





    12 ounces fettucine noodles, cooked according to package directions
    1 pound fat-free chicken tenders
    1 cup chopped onions
    2 cup sliced mushrooms
    13 ounces fat-free chicken broth
    1 cup fat-free cream cheese, softened
    20 ounces frozen broccoli florets
    1 teaspoon white pepper

    Recipe



    Lightly spray a skillet with nonfat cooking spray, heat, add chicken and cook through; remove and set aside. Re-spray skillet, saute onions until soft and transparent. Add mushrooms and continue cooking until mushrooms are tender. Stir in broth and cream cheese, heat until mixture almost comes to a boil and thickens. Add chicken, broccoli and pepper, cook over medium heat until heated through. Toss with fettuccine and serve immediately.

    Yield: 8 servings, less than 1 gram of fat per serving.
