    Fettucine with Chicken & Mushrooms

    List of Ingredients





    6 ozs. fettuccine, boiled and drained
    2 tsps. olive oil
    1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
    1 cup sliced mushrooms, fresh or canned
    1 tbl. margarine
    1 tbl. flour
    2 tsps. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 cup evaporated skim milk
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    1.Toss fettuccine in olive oil and set aside.

    2.In a nonstick skillet, sauté chicken and mushrooms in 1 tablespoon
    margarine until cooked thoroughly.

    3.Stir in flour, parsley, onion powder, salt and pepper. Slowly blend
    in evaporated milk; cook until thickened.

    4.Remove from heat and add fettuccine and cheese.

    Serves 6.
