Chattanooga Chicken
List of Ingredients
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups sour cream
Worcestershire sauce, to taste
Paprika
Garlic salt, to taste
Celery salt, to taste
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Cornflakes, coarsely crushed
Recipe
Pound and flatten chicken breasts. Combine sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic and celery salts, and lemon juice. Coat chicken liberally with sour cream mixture, then roll in cornflake crumbs to cover completely. Place on lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 350 F for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
