Easy Chicken Stroganoff
List of Ingredients
10-inch Dutch oven, serves 4-6 people
2-3 cups cooked chicken or turkey
3 Tablespoons butter
1 small onion, chopped
1 package dry chicken (or turkey) gravy mix
1 cup sour cream
11 oz package wide egg noodles
Recipe
In a 10-inch Dutch oven, sauté onion in butter. then stir in cooked meat. Prepare gravy according to packet directions and stir into pot. Simmer 5-10 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat to boil. Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
