Add salad dressing mix, lime juice and salt. Heat until dissolved. Marinate chicken in lime mixture in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Drain chicken, reserving the marinade. Place chicken on a grill over moderate heat and brush with the marinade. Cook approximately 1 hour, or until done, turning and brushing with reserved marinade every 10- 15 minutes. (Do not add marinade during the last 20 minutes of cooking.)
