    Carrot Salad

    4 cups shredded carrots
    1/2 cup raisins
    1 cup finely chopped fresh pineapple
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup mayonnaise

    Recipe



    In a bowl, combine carrots, raisins, pineapple and sugar. Stir in mayonnaise
    just before serving. If the salad appears too dry, add mayonnaise.

    Makes 6 servings.

    Per serving: fats, 15 grams (55% of calories); calories, 243; cholesterol,
    11 milligrams; carbohydrate, 29 grams; fiber, 3 grams; protein, 1 gram;
