    DELUXE BLUE CHEESE DRESSING

    1-1/2 c. real mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3 Tbs. white vinegar
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 garlic powder
    hot pepper sauce to taste (optional)
    4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled (about 1/2 c.)

    Recipe




    In medium bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, onion, mustard, garlic powder, and optional hot pepper sauce. Stir in blue cheese. Cover & refrigerate several hours to blend flavors. Use within one month. Makes about 2-1/2 c.
