    Easy Corn Chili Casserole

    List of Ingredients





    1/2 lb Lean ground beef
    1/2 c Onion, minced
    1 Packet chili seasoning
    8 oz Tomato sauce
    1 c Corn chips
    1/2 c Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/4 c Ripe olives, minced


    Recipe



    Brown ground beef and onion, stir in chili mix and tomato sauce. Grease a one quart casserole. Coarsely crush corn chips. Layer 1/2 beef mixture, 1/2 corn chips, 1/2 cheese, repeat. Top with minced olives. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
