    Green Pea Salad

    List of Ingredients





    2 cups cooked peas -- fresh or frozen
    1/2 cup Cheddar cheese -- cubed

    1 1 to 4 tbsp salad dressing
    sprinkle salt
    sprinkle pepper
    granulated sugar

    Recipe



    Combine peas and cheese. Make sure peas are cold and well drained. Blot with paper towel to dry.

    Start with a small amount of salad dressing, adding barely enough to coat. Mix in salt and pepper. Sprinkle with sugar to taste. Stir.
