    Lime Cilantro Dressing

    List of Ingredients





    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
    1/4 cup buttermilk
    1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped fine

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients well. Serve with salad.

    Because of the short flavor life of fresh cilantro, this dressing doesn't
    keep well. It's better to make only the amount you expect to use within a
    couple of days. If necessary, make only half this recipe.

    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
