    Mediterranean Tuna-and-Bean Salad

    List of Ingredients





    8-ounce tuna steak
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    2 tablespoons minced oregano, divided
    1 cup canned, rinsed garbanzo beans
    1/2 cup chopped red onion
    1 cup chopped tomato
    2 tablespoons capers
    1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
    1/4 teaspoon each: Salt, pepper

    Recipe



    1. Heat oven to 425 F. Place tuna on foil-lined sheet.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice, 1 tablespoon oregano. Bake
    10-15 minutes, or until fish is no longer pink in
    center. Cool 15 minutes. Cut into 1/2-inch cubes.
    Place tuna in abowl.

    2. Add remaining ingredients.
