    Salad Dressing with Fresh Herbs

    List of Ingredients





    Makes about 11/4 cups.

    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
    2 tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. fresh lime or lemon juice
    2 tsp. honey mustard
    1 tsp. chopped fresh tarragon
    1 tsp. chopped fresh basil
    1 tsp. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
    1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
    1/2 tsp. salt

    Recipe



    In medium bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, sugar, lime or lemon juice, and
    mustard. Add herbs and salt. Let stand 20 minutes at room temperature.
