    List of Ingredients





    1/2 medium cabbage -- sliced
    1 small red onion -- sliced
    1/2 medium green pepper -- sliced
    2 carrots -- shredded
    2/3 cup vinegar
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper

    Recipe



    Combine vegetables in a large bowl that can
    be covered tightly and refrigerated. Combine other
    ingredients in another bowl. Pour liquid
    mixture over vegetables and mix well. Cover
    and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
    Drain before serving
