1 Cuban roll (a soft egg-rich roll) or submarine roll
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 ounce thinly sliced roast pork
1 slice Swiss or other cheese
1 ounce deli ham
1 pickle

Split roll in half lengthwise, spread with mustard and fill with pork, cheese, ham and pickle. Close sandwich. Lighty butter outside surface of roll and grill on a hot griddle or in a 400-degree oven until lightly toasted and cheese is melted.
