Cream of Morel Soup

List of Ingredients
You Need
3 8oz. Packages of Soften Cream Cheese
3 cups of whole Milk
1 oz of Butter
1 clove of Garlic (Minced)
and a large pinch of Dill
Last but not least 1/2 half Pound of Bacon
and 1 pound of Morels (Can be rehydrated)
Recipe
Cut the bacon into bite size chunks and place in a hot frying pan and fry them till they are done.
(Should be Crisp)Should be fixed on a medium High Heat. Then put the Morels (Chopped into bites size Pieces) with the bacon. The bacon will stop cooking and the Morels will be done when they are Slightly Crisp and the Grease is Clear again.
Remove from the heat and set aside.
Next Put the Cream Cheese and Milk and Garlic and Dill and Butter into a Large saucepan and using a whisk. Stir the Cream Cheese and into the milk.
Stir constantly This is over a Med Heat
When the mixture is just starting to boil Add the Morel and Bacon Mixture With The Bacon Grease to the Cream Mixture and stir Constanly. When the Soup Is Piping Hot Serve it in Bowls. Makes About 4 Servings
