    1 pound ground beef
    1 package taco seasoning mix -- (1.25-oz)
    1 can tomato juice (46-oz) -- (6 cups)
    1 can tomato paste -- (12-oz)
    1 package frozen mixed vegetables -- (1 lb)
    1 can chili hot beans -- (15-oz)
    2 cups crushed corn chips
    8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese -- (2 cups)

    Recipe



    In 5 quart Dutch oven, brown ground beef; drain. Add taco seasoning mix,
    tomato juice, tomato paste, frozen vegetables and chili beans; mix well.
    Bring just to a boil. reduce heat; simmer uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or
    until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Top each serving with
    corn chips and Cheddar cheese.

    Yield: 11 (1-cup) servings.
