Fried Corn on the Cob
4 ears of corn on the Cob
Batter:
Enough flour to make a batter
Salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
2 eggs
2 cups of milk
1 can evaporated milk
Recipe
shuck and de-silk corn. Bring salted water to a boil and simmer, covered. 30 minutes. Drain and dry well. Heat oil in deep fryer to 350 degrees. Dip corn into batter, then dredge corn back into flour, and deep fry until golden brown.
