Potatoes with bacon and rosemary

8 Rashers. Bacon
1 Tablespoon. Lemon juice.
8 Potatoes
8 Tablespoons. Cooking Oil
4 Tablespoons fresh or 2 dried. Rosemary
Recipe
Method
1. Chop your potatoes into quarters, depending how big they are. Don’t bother peeling them, anyway the skin is the best bit..
2. Slice the bacon into thin pieces or dice, to your preference.
3. Mix everything together with a couple of good pinches of salt and pepper.
4. Put in a baking tray and cook in a medium heat oven, until the potatoes are cooked through.
