    Sugar Browned Potatoes

    List of Ingredients




    4 Tbsp. margarine
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    12 small red potatoes, boiled and peeled

    Recipe



    Melt margarine in a skillet. Stir in sugar; heat until sugar turns a light
    brown,
    watching carefully to avoid scorching.
    (this can happen very fast,and can ruin a great dish)
    Add potatoes; shake pan constantly over medium heat until they are coated
    with caramel on all sides.
    Serves 4
