    Recipe Introduction


    Given to grandmother by her cousin, Mary Hinson.

    Make teaspoon of tea, heaping, use 2" cinnamon stick, orange peel about the size of a nickle.

    You may use pineapple juice in place of orange juice


    List of Ingredients


    • 2-1/2 cups water
    • 1 teaspoon tea
    • 1 stick cinnamon
    • 1 small orange peel
    • 1 small lemon peel
    • 1 medium lemon, juiced
    • 1/3 cup orange juice
    • sugar to taste


    Instructions


    1. In tea ball add tea, cinnamon stick, orange peel, lemon peel
    2. Place tea ball in cold water, bring to a full boil
    3. Turn out, cover, let stand from 3-5 minutes NO LONGER
    4. Pour tea in teapot that has been rinsed in hot water
    5. Add: juice of one lemon, orange juice
    6. Stir and serve
