This recipe was on a yellowed piece of paper inside grandmothers Betty Crocker cookbook. It was hand written by her. She got it from Aunt Shirley.
List of Ingredients
- 1 can salmon, drained
- 1 cup crackers, crumbled
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tablespoons flour
Instructions
- Mix well, shape into patties and roll in cracker crumbs. Fry in hot oil until done.
