Recipe Introduction
Frosting:
Beat cream cheese until light. Stir in confectioners sugar and vanilla extract. Use to frost inside and outside of cake. Sprinkle sides of the cake with remaining 1 cup chopped pecans. Garnish with pecan halves, if desired.
