    Blackberry Jam Cake - part 2

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/3 stick margarine
    • 1 teaspoon flour
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Combine margarine, flour, sugar and milk is heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil and let boil for 3 to 3-1/2 minutes stirring constantly.
    2. Add one teaspoon vanilla and beat with mixer to right spreading consistency.
    3. Ice your cake!


    Final Comments


    If icing is too thick, add more milk, one teaspoon at a time.
