    Recipe Introduction


    This is used to make fried or baked peach pies.
    When ready to make pies, spoon directly from the jar onto crust and fry or bake as you would when making them with dried peaches.


    List of Ingredients


    • 12 pounds fresh peaches
    • 4 pounds sugar
    • 1 pint vinegar


    Instructions


    1. Wash peaches thoroughly and remove seeds - DO NOT PEEL.
      Cut peaches into small pieces. Add sugar and vinegar and cook until thick or until they look about like peach preserves.
    2. Can in sterilized jars.
