Mississippi Mud Cake

List of Ingredients



• 1 cup oil
  
• 1-3/4 cups sugar
  
• 1/3 cup cocoa
  
• 4 eggs, beaten
  
• 3 teaspoons vanilla
  
• 1-1/2 cups nuts, chopped
  
• 1 jar marshmallow cream
  






Instructions



1. Mix well all ingredients except marshmallow crean by hand.
   
2. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
   
3. When taken out of oven and still hot spread marshmallow cream over cake, then spread with chocolate icing
   






Final Comments


NOTE:
Do not use electric mixer for cake
