List of Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla flavoring
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1 Tablespoon vinegar
- 1 pie crust (9-inch)
Instructions
- Mix butter, sugar and eggs.
- Add vanilla and vinegar.
- Fold in coconut, raisins and nuts.
- Bake in an uncooked pie shell at 300 degrees in oven for 40-45 minutes.
