    List of Ingredients


    • 1 stick butter, melted
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup raisins
    • 1 Tablespoon vanilla flavoring
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1/2 cup coconut
    • 1/2 cup pecans
    • 1 Tablespoon vinegar
    • 1 pie crust (9-inch)


    Instructions


    1. Mix butter, sugar and eggs.
    2. Add vanilla and vinegar.
    3. Fold in coconut, raisins and nuts.
    4. Bake in an uncooked pie shell at 300 degrees in oven for 40-45 minutes.
