    List of Ingredients


    • (2) 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
    • (1) 8-1/2 ounce can pineapple, crushed, drained
    • 2 Tablespoons onion, finely chopped
    • 1-1/2 cups pecans, chopped


    Instructions


    1. Beat cream cheese until soft
    2. Gradually stir in pineapple, 1 cup of pecans and onion
    3. Shape into ball and roll in remaining 1/2 cup of pecans
    4. Refrigerate until well chilled
