List of Ingredients
- (2) 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- (1) 8-1/2 ounce can pineapple, crushed, drained
- 2 Tablespoons onion, finely chopped
- 1-1/2 cups pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese until soft
- Gradually stir in pineapple, 1 cup of pecans and onion
- Shape into ball and roll in remaining 1/2 cup of pecans
- Refrigerate until well chilled
