Rice and Sausage Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 1 pound of sausage
- 3 cups rice, cooked
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 Tablespoons cheese, grated
Instructions
- Crumble sausage in pan and brown
- Drain sausage
- Arrange sausage, rice and onion in layers in a pyrex dish
- Pour soup over layers
- Cover with grated cheese
- Cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees in oven or until bubbling
- Serve hot
Final Comments
Note:
Cream of celery soup may be substituted for cream of mushroom
