    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound of sausage
    • 3 cups rice, cooked
    • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 2 Tablespoons cheese, grated


    Instructions


    1. Crumble sausage in pan and brown
    2. Drain sausage
    3. Arrange sausage, rice and onion in layers in a pyrex dish
    4. Pour soup over layers
    5. Cover with grated cheese
    6. Cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees in oven or until bubbling
    7. Serve hot


    Final Comments


    Note:
    Cream of celery soup may be substituted for cream of mushroom
