fried crispy and brown. perfect side for almost any meal.
List of Ingredients
3 medium potatoes, peeled
3 Tbs. flour
1 Tbs. dried onion
2 egg whites
bread crumbs to take up moisture.
Recipe
preheat oven to 375*. shred potatoes and soak in cold water for 30 minutes. drain and blot dry. in a small bowl, beat egg whites til foamy. in a medium bowl, combine potatoes, egg whites, flour, onion. mix well. form into 9-12 pancakes. heat oil over medium heat. cook pancakes in a single layer inskillet, just until golden brown, about 2 minutes. transfer to baking sheet. bake 5-8 minutes until crisp, and cooked through.
