    List of Ingredients




    1 c. fresh medium mushrooms (about 6)
    3 T. grated Parmesan cheese (I use fat-free)
    1/4 t. garlic powder
    1/4 t. dried oregano
    Freshly ground pepper
    2 t. margarine or butter (I use fat-free or low fat)

    Recipe



    Wipe mushroom caps with damp cloth. Gently pull out stems from mushrooms. Finely chop stems.

    In small bowl combine mushroom stems, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and oregano. Add pepper to taste.

    In shallow dish, microwave margarine on HIGH for 30 seconds.

    Stir stem mixture into melted margarine.

    Stuff stem mixture into mushroom caps and arrange in same dish, stuffed side up. Cover loosely with plastic wrap.

    Microwave on HIGH for 45 seconds, or until mushrooms have softened. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes to finish cooking.
