Serves: 4
List of Ingredients
4 medium russet potatoes, scrubbed
1/4 c. nonfat sour cream
1/2 c. nonfat shredded cheese, cheddar preferred
2 T. parsley, chopped
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked till crisp and crumbled or use bacon bits
2 t. onion powder
2 t. Nature's SeasoningsRecipe
Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
Microwave potatoes about 4 minutes, until soft, or bake potatoes at 400 degrees for 40 minutes, until potatoes can be broken easily with a fork. Split in half lengthwise and scoop out pulp, leaving 1/4 " shell.
Divide sour cream amoung shells, sprinkle cheese over each, parsley, bacon, onion powder and Nature's Seasonings.
Bake in 500 degree oven 10 to 15 minutes, uncovered, until browned.
