Stuffed Mushrooms

List of Ingredients
8 large fresh mushrooms
2 T. minced onion
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 t. dried parsley flakes
1/2 t. oregano
Dash of garlic salt
1/2 t. salt
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese (1 t. powdered) (I use fat-free)
1/4 c. sour cream (I use fat-free)Recipe
Remove stems from mushrooms. Spray caps with butter flavored cooking spray. Chop stems fine.
Saute' onion and the chopped stems in butter flavored cooking spray for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
Fill mushroom caps with crumb mixture. Bake in 375 degree oven about 20 minutes.
