    This is such an easy bread and no yeast rising to worry about because of the beer.

    List of Ingredients




    3 T. sugar
    3 cups self-rising flour (must be self-rising)
    1 (12 oz.) can of beer (must be room temp. and not a lite beer)

    Recipe



    Combine the sugar and flour in a large mixing bowl.
    Pour in the can of beer.
    Stir together until dough is formed.
    Put dough into a bread pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
    Cook for 45 to 50 minutes at 325-350 degrees.
