    Makes 1 loaf

    List of Ingredients




    3/4 c. golden seedless raisins
    Hot water
    2 c. prepared biscuit mix
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 t. cinnamon
    1/3 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 egg or egg sub. equiv.
    3/4 c. milk (I use skim milk)

    Recipe



    Rinse raisins in hot water. Drain.

    Combine with biscuit mix, sugar, cinnamon, and nuts. Beat egg slightly. Add to milk. Stir into dry ingredients.

    Pour batter into sprayed loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
