Cheddar Egg Bake

6 eggs, slightly beaten or egg sub. equiv.
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (I use low fat)
1/2 c. milk (I use skim or evaporated skim)
2 T. margarine, softened (I use low fat)
1 t. prepared mustard
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepperRecipe
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Pour into an ungreased 8 X 8 X 2" pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until eggs are set.
