Easy Oven-Baked Hash Browns

1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 1/2 pounds russet potatoes, unpeeled, scrubbed, and cut into 1/2-inch-thick wedges
Recipe
Preheat oven to 450°F.
In a small bowl, combine paprika and pepper. Lightly brush 2 baking sheets with 1/2 tablespoon of the oil. Arrange potato wedges on the baking sheets, brush with half the remaining oil, and sprinkle with half the paprika mixture.
Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes. Turn, brush with the remaining oil, and sprinkle with remaining paprika mixture. Continue to bake until golden brown, 10 more minutes.
