    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 t. baking powder
    1/2 t. salt
    1 T. ground cinnamon
    1/2 c. milk (I use skim or evaporated skim)
    1/4 c. melted margarine (I use low fat)
    1 egg or egg sub. equiv.

    Recipe



    Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, milk, margarine and egg.

    Pour into a sprayed and floured 8 or 9" square pan. Sprinkle top heavily with sugar (this gives a crusty top).

    Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Best when served warm.
