    My Grandma Mary (McQuin) Brownfield's Cookbook

    List of Ingredients




    Cake:
    2 c. canned Fruit Cocktail
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 t. baking soda
    2 c. flour
    2 eggs (or egg sub. equiv.)

    Topping:
    1/2 c. butter or margarine (I use fat-free or low fat)
    1 t. vanilla
    1/2 to 3/4 c. canned milk (I use evaporated skim)
    3/4 c. sugar

    Recipe



    Cake:

    Drain cocktail. Stir in other ingredients. Bake in 9 X 13" pan at 350 degree for 40 minutes.

    Topping:

    Heat until sugar is dissolved. Do not put topping on cake until ready to serve.
